The historic Stringfellow Orchard property is available for your next special event.  The Re-Birth of Stringfellow Orchards began in December 2005.  World renowned horticulturist Henry Martyn Stringfellow operated his Orchards at this location in the late 1800's.  The property was once considered "The Showplace of the Gulf Coast" by American Horticulturists that visited the site in 1890.  When you visit the property, you are allowed to step back in time.  A time when life was much simplier and families spent time on the porch loving each other. What We Do

Stringfellow Orchards offers a unique experience for our guests.  Titled the Promised Land by the Galveston Daily Newspaper in March of 2006.  It is our mission to deliver on  our promise of making your event an unforgettable experience.  We have hosted large events with several hundred guests and small events with as few as twelve guests. 

The property is available for rental for outdoor events only.  Currently the interior of the house is being restored and unavailable for rental.  Why be cramped inside the 3200 sq ft home when you can enjoy the shade of the almost ten acres of property.  The beautiful large oaks and tall pine trees provide shade for guest and remind you of days gone by.  Looking for a special place for your special event.  Look no further, Stringfellow Orchards is the location that promises to make your special day a special memory.
